If all information has been correctly prepared, the CEO can clearly decide whether the waiver submission is reasonable and should be agreed.
The decision to waive an overpayment is not taken lightly by the CEO. It is therefore essential that what is presented is logical, complete and comprehensive. Most importantly, one of the two criteria for waiving of overpayments must clearly be substantiated.
