Parameters For Claim Closure On PRACSYS

The 'CROC.CM' (Close/Re-open Claim) function on the Claims Management menu should be integrated as a normal and final process to Risk type 1 claims determination.  For type 2 claims, the decision for closure may be taken where it is reasonable to assume that no further action will be taken with the claim.
