Setting up policies for customers very much form the first basic requirement on PRACSYS.
Without customer structures and policy information, claims would not be able to be registered and determined.
However, having said that, it is also more important for claims staff to understand their work before expanding knowledge into linked areas, such as account management.
It is therefore recommended that volumes preceding this be read before this volume.
Additionally, information in this volume is reasonably high level and can be complex to understand.
