Ad hoc reports are only available through request to the Business Information Unit within the National Operations Division. They may be made up of many different parameters and are highly specialised, usually one-off reports.
Expected turn around times are much dependent on how many requests have already been lodged and the importance or urgency of the particular report. It may be best to discuss requirements beforehand with the Operations Group before making a request. Remember that data may also be available through other avenues.
