The Ex-service Organisations' (ESO) Portal is a tailor-made online service specially designed to meet the needs of Pensions officers and Advocates in Ex-Service Organisations.
ESO representatives from small and large organisations across Australia have been significantly involved with the design of the Portal since its inception.
The ESO Portal contains:
Veterans' Home Care (VHC) staff members manage 'Service Plans' for veterans via the VHC Provider Portal.
Service plans are created by assessment agencies and allocated to VHC agencies via the Portal.
