Undergoing a rehabilitation assessment
Section 6(1)(b)(vii)(E) and (viii) requires an injury to be treated as having arisen out of, or in the course of, employment if it is sustained while the client is travelling to, or is at, a place for the purpose of undergoing a rehabilitation assessment in accordance with a requirement made under this Act.
Note that it is not sufficient for the client to be undertaking an activity which they consider is rehabilitative in its effect; there must be a formal approval of a rehabilitation assessment under s 36 of the SRC Act.
