Superannuation Pension Increase - 1.3%
1.The purpose of this DCI is to provide advice of the 1997 increase to all Commonwealth Superannuation pensions.
Policy
2.ComSuper has advised that the increase to be applied is 1.3% and takes effect from 20 June 1997. The increase is to be paid by ComSuper on pay day 4 July 1997 (note: ComSuper pay days fall on Public Service off-pay week).
3.Would managers and respective claims management staff please ensure that cases affected by this increase are adjusted accordingly, as soon as possible.
