These are the 'User Defined' keys.  PRACSYS provides functionality to set up these keys for business functions accessed regularly for personal and individual use.

If a function is routinely performed on the system, SF10, 11 or 12 can be set up against that function.  Then by pressing the key, the function will be immediately accessible, from anywhere on the system.

To set up the keys, select 'AUD' in the General Facilities menu.  Then, both business function and application codes must be entered.
