'Home' And 'End'

The 'home' key moves the cursor to the first enterable field on the screen.  Using this key will mean that 'tab', 'back tab' or 'arrow' keys are not required to get to the top of the screen.

The 'end' key moves the cursor to the last enterable field on the screen.  Again, this key means 'tab' or 'arrow' does not need to be used.
