Place the cursor at the beginning of information to be duplicated, then pressing the 'shift' key, drag the mouse across the area to be copied with the mouse button depressed.

Take the mouse to the 'Edit' menu at the top of the IBM and pull down the menu items.  The 'Copy' function should be selected.  This will copy what has been highlighted.

Selecting a new Word document, position the cursor where the copied data is to go.  By using the 'Paste' function, the data will be duplicated in the document.
