The Key Players

There are three key players in the rehabilitation and return to work processes.  They are the:

• employer's Case Manager;

• employee; and

• approved rehabilitation provider (ARP).

To a lesser extent, but still important, are treating medical practitioners and specialists, other rehabilitation providers and the claims manager.
