Part Eight-Determining Claims On PRACSYS

Determining liability on a claim on PRACSYS is an easy process.  A claim may either be determined using the 'Create Claim' (CCLM.CC) function (where the screen appears at the end of the claim registration process), or from the 'Claim Determination' (CDET) screen from the Claims Management menu.

It is more likely for claims where investigation has been undertaken that the latter process will be used.
