Every RTWP that is devised for an employee is based on an overall assessment of that employee's needs, to ensure that they are able to return to work, where appropriate.

The Principal provider and Case Manager liaise closely with the employee's doctor/s so that total medical, employer and rehabilitation requirements are met.

PRACSYS allows comments to be recorded against the RTWP, which are important to note from the Work Assessment forms (Pre-Injury Duties, Alternative Suitable Duties and Diagnosis and Prognosis forms).
