The TCM checklist is a useful tool for claims managers to use each time a Type 2 claim is received, a RTWP is received or a RTWP they are monitoring becomes 'stuck'.

❏Have all parties signed the RTWP? If the employee has not signed, has he or she commenced the return to work? If not, suspension proceedings may be required. |

❏Do the RTWP cost and time frame seem excessive for this type of injury? |
