The Benefits Policy Branch and the Health & Wellbeing Policy Branch, which are part of the Policy & Research Division, have primary responsibility for policy matters affecting the administration of the MRCA.
The Client Benefits Division has primary responsibility for:
- claims management;
- procedural matters affecting the administration of the MRCA; and
- reconsideration processes.
