1.1.3 DVA Structure

The Benefits Policy Branch and the Health & Wellbeing Policy Branch, which are part of the Policy & Research Division, have primary responsibility for policy matters affecting the administration of the MRCA.

The Client Benefits Division has primary responsibility for:

• claims management;
• procedural matters affecting the administration of the MRCA; and
• reconsideration processes.
