In November 2013, the Integrated Support Hub (ISH) was initially delivered for staff in DVA Income Support to hold and manage the following client generated "business dealings":
ISH was delivered over four releases. Each release expanded functionality to a new section within DVA. Releases are shown below.
As part of addressing DVA's goal of improving the efficiency of DVA's internal operations and interactions CMVS was to design and deliver the Integrated Support Hub (ISH) to:

The online claiming project contributes to two key DVA objectives:

CMVS demonstrated a different approach to delivering ICT solutions that leveraged technology to achieve a client usability focus.
The CMVS Program and Project managers were co-located and worked closely with DVA ICT and business stakeholders through a Program Board and individual Release Boards for each six monthly release. The Program Board oversaw strategy and objectives. Release Boards focused on the scope and solution for each release.
