In this question, the assessor is asked to select the Table within the Urinary System tables of the Approved Guide which is applicable to the particular impairment under investigation. After making this selection, the assessor will be asked to enter the WPI for the impairment (and the previous WPI if it is a reassessment).
The relevant Tables are:
- Table 10.1 - Upper Urinary Tract
- Table 10.2 - Lower Urinary Tract
