PRACSYS structures are set up on a hierarchical basis. For the whole function of access to work successfully, all structures and respective staff within those structures must be set up and maintained. This needs to be done from the top down.
If one of the structures is missing or is incorrect, subsequent attached Workgroups cannot be set up appropriately.
