There are a number functions on PRACSYS provide statistics at the individual level, or alternatively, at the:

State office level.
'View Work on Hand' and 'View Diary Statistics' are particularly affected.
Having correct Access Profiles is fundamental to the process of obtaining accurate statistics from PRACSYS.
If a Team Leader is trying to obtain diary statistics or statistics on how much work his or her team has on hand, they are very much reliant on Profiles being correct and up to date.
If the office has been through a recent restructure and ISG hasn't been provided with up to date information of changes to Access Profiles, it is very likely that the wrong staff will be attached to the Team Leader's team and statistics will be meaningless.
