Comments should be added to the claim record on PRACSYS to ensure that the current status of the recovery process has been detailed. This is particularly important where other claims staff are likely to be involved with recovery at a later stage.
Claim comments are entered and viewable from the Claims Management menu. As with any function on the Claims Management menu, the claim number or employee's name will need to be entered first.
