The Screen

The Standard Report menu provides a simple screen display of all records on the database:

From this screen, you are then able to use general FileMaker Pro functionality to refine or re-sort available data into a format best suited to your particular needs.

By also clicking on the screen against a particular record, you will be presented with a Main Screen display of all data for that record.
