Some of the fields on the Main Screen provide drop down menus, from which a number of options may be selected. All such fields on the Main Screen are identified below with a '*' next to their title.
To invoke a drop down menu, you will need to single click on the field you want to enter or update. The drop down menu relevant to the field you are in will automatically appear. You are then able to select an option from the drop down menu by:

scrolling through the list until you find your option, then double clicking to transfer it to its respective field on the screen; or

selecting the first letter of the listed word/s you require. This will automatically take you to the first word/s on the list which commence with that letter.
You may then either:
-double click on the word/s you need (where there is only one choice commencing with the letter); or
-scroll through until you find your selection (where there are many choices commencing with the letter) and then double click to return the word/s to the screen field.
However, where you don't want to select any of the options from the drop down menu, you simply need to double click on the empty field. This will prevent the drop down menu from appearing.
