This part relates to general damages claims for pre 1/12/1988 cases.

NB  In a future update to the manual, there will be comprehensive coverage of legislative and other issues for these cases.  They will be held in:

This part will relate to damages only where either common law or third party commenced prior to 01/12/1988.
