Rehabilitation Authority |
In relation to an employee, means: (a) where the employee is employed by an exempt authority - Comcare; and (b) where the employee is employed by a licensed authority - the principal officer of that authority; and (d) where the employee is employed by a department or a Commonwealth authority, other than an exempt authority - the Secretary of the department or the principal officer of the Commonwealth authority, as the case may be. |
