Determining eligibility for age service pension

To determine whether the claimant is eligible to be paid age service pension, complete the three steps below.

3	Determine whether the veteran is: in receipt of an age or invalidity service pension, or would be receiving such pension if it were not for the operation of a disqualifying provision, or registered as a member of the pension bonus scheme. 5	Where the claimant is a widow or widower of a veteran ,determine whether the widow or widower : is qualified for an age pension from Centrelink.
