  • in receipt of an age or invalidity service pension, or would be receiving such pension if it were not for the operation of a disqualifying provision, or
  • registered as a member of the pension bonus scheme.

  • the partner of a veteran entitled to the [glossary::45] Rate of disability pension, or
  • has a dependent child at the time of claim.
