Integrated Support Hub - ISH
CMVS delivered the Integrated Support Hub (ISH) which breathed new life into outdated heritage systems.
ISH integrated changes made by clients and service providers online with legacy systems to enable better work management and more streamlined processing.
Part of CMVS' success is that, when preparing for a release, it has analysed the full business processes from client/survice provider to DVA staff action. The solutions CMVS delivered in many cases filled the gaps in and streamlined many end-to-end process.
