TRN

A Transaction Reference Number (TRN) is generated by DVA as proof a request for information has been issued as part of the claim investigation process. Legislation only permits DVA to pay for medical reports that have been requested by DVA in the course of a claim investigation.

TRNs can only be used once. If unused, a TRN will expire after 12 months.
