SRDP Services Australia Centrelink clearances

Services Australia clearance advice forms must be completed and sent to Services Australia when clients are placed on SRDP payments or when the clients SRDP payment rates change.

A response from Services Australia is not required before SRDP payments can commence.

DVA is not authorised to recover any Services Australia debts from SRDP payments.

Once a client has elected to receive SRDP payments (even if the assessment is $0.00) the delegate must advise Services Australia once SRDP payments are commenced.
