Provider Portal - Transport

Two service provider groups received portals to manage their transport booking and invoicing:

Transport Providers

CMVS provided transport providers with the ability to:

  • Receive transport bookings from DVA
  • Create and submit invoices to DVA

Health Providers

CMVS provided health providers with the ability to make and manage transport bookings for clients.

ISH - Objectives

As part of addressing DVA's goal of improving the efficiency of DVA's internal operations and interactions CMVS was to design and deliver the Integrated Support Hub (ISH) to:

  • Accept and process electronically lodged data or documents online
  • Register, manage or print claims and requests received
  • Report on online claims and requests lodged or registered
