MLCOA

Clients must make their own travel arrangements to medical appointments organised for the assessment of their claim. Travel costs to the following appointments may be reimbursement. 

Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) are conducted by mlcoa. Once the request is placed by DVA, mlcoa will coordinate the scheduling of appointments directly with the client. DVA staff are only required to schedule appointments for case coordinated clients.
