RELEASE NOTES - CCPS VERSION 2011/08
Version 20 — 11/0 — 8 of the Medical Knowledge Base for CCPS was released into production today. This Bulletin provides a summary of the amended SOPs that this version of CCPS incorporates.

New SOPs incorporated into CCPS
SOP amendments incorporated into CCPS
For information on the following SoPs refer to SoP Bulletin No. 142 of 10 May 2010
Anxiety disorder
- The severe childhood abuse factor has been incorporated - onset only, both RH and BOP
Depressive disorder
- The severe childhood abuse factor has been incorporated - onset only, both RH and BOP
Intervertebral disc prolapse
- The changes to the flying aircraft factors have been incorporated.
Lumbar spondylosis
- The changes to the flying aircraft factors have been incorporated.
Spondylolisthesis and Spondylolysis
- The reference to spondylolysis has been removed from the lumbar spondylosis factor.

Ischaemic heart disease
- The updated pesticide factors have been incorporated.
Enhancements of CCPS Rulebase and commentary

Alzheimer-type dementia
- Name change from Alzheimer's disease to Alzheimer-type dementia.
- Completely new Rulebase incorporating the multiple new onset factors including smoking.

Osteoarthritis
- Name change from Osteoarthrosis to Osteoarthritis.
- Several factors are now combined here in one factor, for factors involving a condition, and the requirement only to have had the condition before clinical onset/ worsening.
- Trauma factor has been changed to reflect '7 days' only now in both RH and BOP paths.
- Only some of the a — dditional new factors and changes to existing factors have been incorporated.

Sensorineural hearing loss
- The changes to the diagnostic protocol requirements regarding the inclusion of 6000 Hz has been updated.
