Procedures For Bulk Updates

Bulk update programs are run from the General Facilities menu and are only able to be accessed by authorised users.

Generally, all Claims Services Managers, Team Leaders, SAMs/NBMs and claims managers working with direct payee claims have access to the 'Create/Amend NWE Adjustments' functions.

This function will be used for applying bulk NWE updates to similar categories of employees.
