The changes clarify the rehabilitation responsibilities of DVA and Defence where an ADF member is still serving. They also explain the procedures for recording rehabilitation support and services provided by DVA where Defence remains the rehabilitation authority.

4.2 Interaction between ADFRP Representatives and DVA

4.2 - changes have been made to reinforce DVA's responsibilities where clients are identified as being "at risk" because of mental health issues.

4.2.1 - changes confirm that there has been a change to the way that non CFTS reservists are managed by the ADFRP. All cases are now managed in the same way as full time serving members and reservists on CFTS.
