Significant changes throughout the manual including:

• Update to the name of the area responsible for FOI requests;
• Updated and additional advice about CSP notices;
• Changes to when a Superannuation preserved benefit is considered to have been paid; and
• Update to who receives notices regarding returned civilian salaries from Defence.
