Military Compensation & Rehabilitation Service (MCRS)
The MCRS administers compensation claims for current and former Australian Defence Force employees on behalf of Comcare, which is the Commonwealth workers compensation insurer.
A payment to make amends for loss or injury to a person or property, or as a recompense for some deprivation (such as compensation to the owner for compulsory acquisition of their property).
The Australian Defence Force includes:
- Australian Army
- Royal Australian Navy (RAN)
- Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF)
