DAME EDNA
The Data Matching Enhancements and Electronic Database of National (Data Matching) Activities (DAME EDNA) system was developed to replace a number of manual systems used by the Data Matching Investigations Unit to monitor and track the progress of data matching investigations. This provides a consolidated one-stop repository of information relating to data matching investigations conducted by the department. DAME EDNA interfaces to some extent with PIPS and VIEW.
Pensions Information Processing System
The Veterans' Information Enquiry Window (VIEW) is an enquiry facility that presents information held on DVA clients. It also has an update functionality that allows changes to client details to be processed on-line. CLIK assumes that the user has not enabled the Navigator and therefore refers to information in VIEW being located in tabs and sub-folders.
