The Client Registration System (CRS) is accessed through [glossary:VIEW:356]. CRS is used to:

  • create, archive and cross-reference DVA clients, dependants, agents and payees
  • transfer clients from one state to another
  • record and change dates of birth, addresses and telephone numbers
