Active involvement with a primary production enterprise

An individual is actively involved with a primary production enterprise only if the person has:

• contributed a significant part of their labour to the development of the enterprise, or
• undertaken educational studies or training in a field that, in the Commission's opinion, is relevant to the management or development of the enterprise.
