Revocation –13 & 14 of '00

Replaces 73 & 74 of '94

  • For both RH & BOP SOPs, three new causal and aggravating factors have been added.  These are pregnancy, spinal cord injury, and chronic urinary obstruction.  The factor for straining at stool has been reworded, and there is now a two week time requirement for this factor.
