REPLACEMENT OF PENSIONER HEALTH BENEFITS (PHB) CARD WITH PLASTIC-LAMINATED PENSIONER CONCESSION CARD (PCC)

Departmental Instruction no. B67/93 [2] concerning the Pensioner Concession Card (PCC) was circulated to Branch Offices on 3 December 1993.

2.Attached is a replacement paragraph 23 reflecting advice from Queensland City Rail in relation to replacement vouchers in that State.

23.Although information on the Queensland PCC carrier states that vouchers will not be replaced if they are lost, stolen or destroyed, Queensland City Rail has advised that residents may be issued with replacement vouchers by DVA Branch Office if staff believe the requests are bona fide.
