Relevance of this information
The values that are to be used in the combined WPI calculation are displayed under the Reason button.
Values to be used in the combined calculation are subject to change from the value entered by the assessor if:
- the impairment is related to hearing loss (other than tinnitus); and
- there is more than one eligible impairment to be included in the calculation.
In that instance the value is rounded to the nearest whole integer.
If an impairment is not eligible to be included in the calculation then no WPI value for that impairment is displayed.
