2.9.1 Delegations of Rehabilitation Powers under SRCA

Referral for an assessment Section 36 provides the power to refer a client for an assessment of capability of undertaking a rehabilitation program; and in this section, Subsection 36(4) provides the power to suspend a client's right to compensation where a client refuses or fails without a reasonable excuse to participate in the assessment process. | APS 3 and above |
Approval of rehabilitation programs Subsection 37(1) provides the power to:
