The Rehabilitation and Compensation Integrated Support Hub (R&C ISH) is an online workspace that R&C staff use to handle incoming mail and to register, determine and manage claims. R&C ISH interfaces with other Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) applications allowing for a reduction in the double handling of client particulars.

Previously the DEFCARE  database was used byDVA staff to manage the rehabilitation and compensation provisions of the Deparetment.

Use of the R&C ISH to record rehabilitation details is mandatory.
