21262 [1] the veteran has had surgery requiring a general, spinal or epidural anaesthetic at some time. 21265 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the surgery requiring a general, spinal or epidural anaesthetic, and VEA service for the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis. 21266 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the surgery requiring a general, spinal or epidural anaesthetic, and operational service for the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis. or 21267 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the surgery requiring a general, spinal or epidural anaesthetic, and eligible service for the clinical onset of deep vein thrombosis.
