10265 [1] there is some evidence that a dental procedure for which the instruments were not sterilised may be a factor in the development of the condition under consideration.
10266 [1] the veteran has had a dental procedure with unsterilised instruments at some time.
10392 [2] the veteran had a dental procedure more than 3 weeks before the clinical onset of hepatitis D, for which the instruments were not sterilised. 10394 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the dental procedure and VEA service for the clinical onset of hepatitis D. 10395 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the dental procedure and operational service for the clinical onset of hepatitis D. or 10396 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the dental procedure and eligible service for the clinical onset of hepatitis D. Clinical onset and operational service [10395] or 11001 — the identified illness or injury for which the dental procedure with unsterilised instruments was given is causally related to operational service.
