8533 [2] the clinical onset of the veteran's alkaptonuria occurred after the end of the veteran's last period of VEA service. the veteran's alkaptonuria permanently worsened. the veteran was unable to obtain appropriate clinical management for alkaptonuria at some time.
8536 [5] the inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for alkaptonuria contributed to the clinical worsening of the veteran's alkaptonuria. 8538 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for alkaptonuria and VEA service for the clinical worsening of alkaptonuria. 8541 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for alkaptonuria and operational service for the clinical worsening of alkaptonuria. or 8542 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the inability to obtain appropriate clinical management for alkaptonuria and eligible service for the clinical worsening of alkaptonuria. Clinical worsening and operational service [8541] or 8549 — the identified illness or injury which prevented the veteran from obtaining appropriate clinical management for alkaptonuria is causally related to operational service. [10] [11] 8551 — alkaptonuric arthritis was suffered prior to that part of the operational service to which the identified illness or injury that prevented the veteran from obtaining appropriate clinical management for alkaptonuria is causally related. [12] Clinical worsening and eligible service [8542] or
8550 — the identified illness or injury which prevented the veteran from obtaining appropriate clinical management for alkaptonuria is causally related to eligible service. [16] [11]
8552 — alkaptonuric arthritis was suffered prior to that part of the eligible service to which the identified illness or injury that prevented the veteran from obtaining appropriate clinical management for alkaptonuria is causally related. [17]
