41240 [1] there is some evidence that a course of therapeutic radiation to the brain may be a factor in the development of the condition under consideration.

41344 [1] the veteran has undergone a course of therapeutic radiation to the brain at some time.

41345 [2] the veteran underwent a course of therapeutic radiation to the brain where the first exposure occurred at least five years before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.

[3]41346

the course of therapeutic radiation to the brain, where the first exposure occurred at least five years before the clinical onset of the condition under consideration, was undergone for treatment of an illness or injury which is identifiable. [4]

41343 — the veteran has established the causal connection between a course of therapeutic radiation to the brain and operational service for the clinical onset of schizophrenia.

Clinical onset and operational service [41343]

41347 — the identified illness or injury, for which the course of therapeutic radiation to the brain was undergone, is causally related to operational service. [5]
