Last reviewed for CCPS 17 December 2003.

Preliminary questions [28444]

28445 [1] there is some evidence that an intracranial mycotic aneurysm or intracranial mycotic arteritis may be a factor in the development of the condition under consideration.

28446 [2] the veteran has suffered from an intracranial mycotic aneurysm or intracranial mycotic arteritis at some time.

28447 [3] the veteran was suffering from the intracranial mycotic aneurysm or intracranial mycotic arteritis at the time of the clinical onset of the condition under consideration.

[4]28448

the veteran was suffering from the intracranial mycotic aneurysm or intracranial mycotic arteritis at the time of the clinical onset of the condition under consideration as a result of an illness or injury which is identifiable. [5]

28449 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the intracranial mycotic aneurysm or intracranial mycotic arteritis and VEA service for the clinical onset of subarachnoid haemorrhage.

28450 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the intracranial mycotic aneurysm or intracranial mycotic arteritis and operational service for the clinical onset of subarachnoid haemorrhage.

or

28451 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the intracranial mycotic aneurysm or intracranial mycotic arteritis and eligible service for the clinical onset of subarachnoid haemorrhage.

Clinical onset and operational service [28450]

28452 — the identified illness or injury which caused the intracranial mycotic aneurysm or intracranial mycotic arteritis is causally related to operational service. [6] [7]

Clinical onset and eligible service [28451]

28453 — the identified illness or injury which caused the intracranial mycotic aneurysm or intracranial mycotic arteritis is causally related to eligible service. [8] [7]
