Myopia - Decentration or tilting of the lens Factor
Last reviewed for CCPS 20 August 2008.
Preliminary questions [26121]
26122 [1] there is some evidence that decentration or tilting of the lens may be a factor in the development or worsening of the condition under consideration.
26389 [1] the veteran has had decentration or tilting of the lens at some time.
26123 [1] the veteran has had decentration or tilting of the lens of side and site of the body at some time. the decentration or tilting of the lens of side and site of the body occurred as a result of an illness or injury which is identifiable. 26125 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the decentration or tilting of the lens and VEA service for myopia or astigmatism. 26127 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the decentration or tilting of the lens and VEA service for the clinical onset of myopia or astigmatism. 26130 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the decentration or tilting of the lens and operational service for the clinical onset of myopia or astigmatism. or 26131 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the decentration or tilting of the lens and eligible service for the clinical onset of myopia or astigmatism. or 26129 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the decentration or tilting of the lens and VEA service for the clinical worsening of myopia or astigmatism. 26132 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the decentration or tilting of the lens and operational service for the clinical worsening of myopia or astigmatism. or 26133 — the veteran has established the causal connection between the decentration or tilting of the lens and eligible service for the clinical worsening of myopia or astigmatism. Clinical onset and operational service [26130] 26134 — the identified illness or injury, which caused the decentration or tilting of the lens of side and site of the body, is causally related to operational service. [7] [8] Clinical onset and eligible service [26131] 26135 — the identified illness or injury, which caused the decentration or tilting of the lens of side and site of the body, is causally related to eligible service. [9] [8] Clinical worsening and operational service [26132] 26134 — the identified illness or injury, which caused the decentration or tilting of the lens of side and site of the body, is causally related to operational service. [10] [8] Clinical worsening and eligible service [26133] 26135 — the identified illness or injury, which caused the decentration or tilting of the lens of side and site of the body, is causally related to eligible service.
